It is now one of the kids’ favorite dinner nights and I love how easy it is and how much fun they have making their own personalized pizza. Although, I should add that the first couple of times wasn’t the most fun as there was a ridiculous amount of sauce flying through the air, cheese being eaten by the handfuls when mom wasn’t looking, and olives on the fingers instead of on the pizzas. But now that we have done it a few times, we are getting better. That and the fact that I now just let one or two kids make their pizzas at a time. Live and learn.
